\n<\/strong><\/span><\/span>Darlene Hein, President \u00a0(IAMLL2583)<\/strong><\/span>
\nThe President is responsible for the efficient administration of the District Lodge’s business. \u00a0He\/she shall vote only in case of a tie to cast the deciding vote. \u00a0The President presides at all Executive and Delegate meetings. \u00a0He\/she preserves the order, enforces the laws, decides all questions or disputes not controlled by laws of the IAM, appoints committees authorized by the IAM Constitution and District Bylaws and appoints temporary officers (subject to Executive Board approval)<\/span> until the regular nomination and elections are held.<\/p>\n

Trent Demanchuk, Vice President (IAM99)\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong><\/span>
\n<\/span><\/span>The Vice President assists the President at all times in preserving order at meetings. \u00a0In the absence or incapacity of the President, he\/she shall take over the President’s duties temporarily. \u00a0In the event of death, removal or resignation of the President the Vice President becomes President and serves as such until the next election and installation of a successor.<\/p>\n

Wade Zenchyson, Recording Secretary (IAM99)<\/span><\/strong>
\nThe Recording Secretary keeps minutes at Executive Board and Delegate meetings. \u00a0He\/she draws all orders passed by District Lodge, presents all communications and bills pertaining to the business of the District Lodge and does correspondence for and in the name of the District Lodge.<\/p>\n

Nick Motkoski, Secretary Treasurer (IAM99)\u00a0<\/strong><\/span>
\n<\/span>The Secretary Treasurer receives all monies of the District Lodge and keeps account of all receipts and disbursements, reports monthly on the financial standing of the District Lodge to the Executive Board and reports to Regular Delegate meetings. \u00a0At the close of June and December each year the Secretary Treasurer prepares an audit report and submits it \u00a0including records to the Auditors and Trustees.<\/p>\n

Scott Sylvestre, Conductor Sentinel (IAM99)<\/strong><\/p>\n

DUTIES OF THE CONDUCTOR-SENTINEL 1. Checks to ensure that people at the meeting are entitled to attend. 2. Escorts visitors and new candidates in and out of lodge meetings. 3. Guards the door of the lodge meeting and admits those entitled to attend.<\/p>\n

Matt Tobias<\/strong>, Trustee (IAM2583)<\/strong>
\n Jeremy Brydges, Trustee (IAM99)\u00a0<\/strong>
\n Paul Sufady, Trustee (IAM1722)\u00a0<\/strong>
\n<\/span>Trustees examine the credentials of the delegates and alternates when requested by the President at the opening of the District Lodge meetings. \u00a0They have charge of all property belonging to the District Lodge. \u00a0They see that all books and records are properly kept. \u00a0At the time of the semi-annual audit \u00a0they assist the Auditing Committee in the examination of books and accounts and verify the report of the Auditing Committee. \u00a0The Trustees are liable to the District Lodge for all funds and other property of the District Lodge under their control.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
