IAM District Lodge 14 Directing Business Representative Kevin Clark has announced his retirement, effective August 31, 2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

Clark, a 36 year member, has been in the District Lodge 14 office for 16 years (September 1, 2008 – August 31, 2024) and is excited about his first year of retirement and future travels.<\/p>\n\n\n

A retirement function for Kevin was held at the Riverbank Bistro in St. Albert on Saturday, August 24, 2024 with District Delegates, Business Representative’s, as well as Retirees.<\/p>\n\n\n

After working these past years with Kevin, I have developed a deeper appreciation of the amount of work that goes into being a Business Representative. Knowledge, tenacity and the need to advance the Machinists Union in Alberta are only a few of the many traits that come to mind. Kevin will be missed at the District office in Edmonton, as I am sure will be the case at Canadian Office and at the International.
