The dates for the upcoming Arbitration regarding severance are set for December 16, 17 and 18, 2009.

The grievance is scheduled to be heard commencing 9:30 a.m. on Wednesday, December 16, 2009 at the offices of:

Edmonton, Alberta

On December 16, 2009 they will be able to accommodate up to 25 Union members.

Thomas W. Wakeling has been appointed as Arbitrator.
