UPDATE ON
SEVERANCE PAY ARBITRATION

TO ALL MEMBERS OF FORMER IAMAW LOCAL LODGE 1579

Richard Arsenault, DBR is on vacation and will be returning to the office on Monday, July 19, 2010.

District 14 has been receiving several calls of inquiry regarding the arbitration.

We sincerely wish that we could offer more news, however, unfortunately there is nothing new to report as we are still awaiting the arbitrators decision.

As soon as we have received that decision we will post the information on the web page.

The decision is now in the arbitrator's hands.  There is no time limit for him to reach his decision, but normally we should hear something in a couple of months.
